Hmmm can someone disect this announcement for us laymen?
So this announcment buries the only speculation with AXO as we know have confirmation that the Chinese are on board and for the long haul. AXO will 100% now get the go ahead no ifs or buts???
SP has not reacted....am I missing something? Is this announcment directly related to the HoA?
