I didn't read the announcement closely. Primatron pointed out 4 out of 21 responded. 2 showed a major response. On placebos alone, 2 out of 21 would more than likely show a major response. This might explain why the SP didn't rocket like you'd expect it to. I suspect the day traders have been buying. Would be interesting to see if any institutions bought in on this announcement. My thoughts only. Still hoping PRR could become a winner, as everyone wants to see a cure for cancer, and as a bonus you guys will make some serious $$$$$$$$ :)
