I think you've missed the point. GPN claimed they spun off the uranium that went into YRR because they wanted to concentrate on the gold assets (standard line often used for spin-offs) - I don't remember in Branson's book saying Virgin was only going to sell virgins. Once YRR lists they do more (petty - focus-distracting) U deals. So, the question you have to ask, is this a company that just goes with whichever way the wind blows. Plenty of companies out there that do that and ones to stay away from as they're just vehicles for making directors money. Can you trust this company to do the right thing for its shareholders? Its a question that is currently on my mind.
GPN has the potential but its building alot of negatives in terms of transparency.
