For those that are unaware, the BOM directors are ex Hindmarsh Directors, an Australian uranium company, which was taken over by Mega Uranium (the same company that took over Redport). At the time, Hindmarsh had 14000 km2 of ground with uranium discovery potential in South Australia and Northern Territory.

The Directors have taken time to find their feet again since with the other ex Director, Kate Hobbs, branching out into URA which has achieved great success (until recently) going from 20c to $1.68 in 6 months.

Hobbs was recruited mainly for her uranium expertise in Hindmarsh. IMO, it looks like they may be doing this again through Valenta.

Please remember this is only speculation as they have not publically stated that they may become a uranium explorer. Even if they do not enter the uranium field, you can bet Valenta has found something spectacular.

Looking forward to more disclosure and perhaps an update on the Platsearch JV. I also would not be surprised in further appointments.
