The company has a total of 32,900,000 shares and 3,000,000 options.
The current class issue is 31,180,000 (undiluted).
Restricted shares are only:
770,000 shares (escrowed for 24 months)
3,000,000 options (director incentive options)
950,000 shares (escrowe for 12 months)
Nothing hidden here although the Top 10 is littered with indirect interest of the parties involved. Massive corporate and personal incentives for her to run hard.
They have tried to keep her quiet but I have busted them. LOL
