That Announcement Today regarding the Conversion of Warrants/Options,whatever You wish to call them, would entitle the Owners of the New Converted Shares to take up any New Issue or Rights to Shares, where as, if they stayed as Warrants/Options they would miss out. Therefore something is in the Wind at this Stage of proceedings and I THINK it would be linked up with a Deal involving Molyhil. (This explains why Push Down Tactics have been so active in THR Shares and Why BTV may have Sold Down their THR Holdings. BTV now have some extra spare Cash to subscribe to an Issue or such by THR and maintain their 10% of THR) Go, Thor Go!
