    Any thoughts on this company taking a 6% stake in CTS throught the placement?

    Obviously good they wanted to invest in CTS but not sure how wrapped i am about giving them 6% of the company plus options at a discount to the current share price, to get that much of the coompany on market they would've had to pay much more than 50c a share.

    Thoughts?
