The bulk of the 'sophisticated investors' the announcement mentions are a company called City Equities. The modus operandi of CE are to take placings at discount, then sell the equities on to their clients at a profit. What usually happens is the buy side on the main market gets suppressed for several months while the overhang clears, as everyone knows what is going on. I don't expect this to affect the Oz market for the stock.
