I dont see how rates being so low can be a good thing? As the economy drags along..and really it is dragging along, the issue will just fester below.
Rate cuts have lost their punch and the rises in the market are purely from speculation driven purchases. It's nice and dandy and everyone gets their on paper value back, but it is hiding the fundamentals that cant be ignored. Anyone championing the latest rate cut is a short term person looking for the red column to change colour.
