let's be honest here.... this is a slightly underwelming announcement and it's reflected in the share price movement.

Are the boys at ADY taking a different approach in marketing? Everybody knew that negotiations were under way, this reveals not much more than what was already known.

To me, it's a slightly strange strategy in terms of what they were trying to achieve.

In any case, i don't want to sound like im downramping because i'm not, i am an extremely HAPPY long term holder.

Just a bit confused about the real point of this particular release.
