In all liklihood, the announcement will only say is that the papers have been lodged for the challenge to Murchison, nothing has changed regarding any liklihood of the challenge being successful, and CHM still only have the same amount of cash on hand, which in all probability may not be enough to keep any prolonged court proceedings going, as we know what QC's charge for a day/week/months, and I'm sure that Murchison, with their loads of cash on hand will string the case out. This might drive the current price up initially post the ann, but it'll probably be a scramble to get out after that as the large pool of traders grab their quick profits. Nothing has changed at this stage as to the longer term viability of the company though, and those who buy after the announcement at a higher price than now, may well be left 'holding the bag' for quite a long time.
