I'm not suggesting that it will happen, however many technology providers have gone belly up trying to sell their processes to the majors, it's a high risk, high reward game.
However if APG could initiate their own project using their technology / process to provide earnings then the risk profile is reduced and they are not entirely dependent on getting a major on board.
