When I spoke to Peter about the oil crusher going ahead he said "the trouble is these things need a lot of capital"...obviously they don't have this money....and they are in "serious negotiations" trying to get some...not much point issuing more shares they already tried that.
They are trying to either borrow 50 million as stated in 22nd November announcement or try to get a partner...sell the company...they don't have working capital to proceed any further.
