As i stated earlier, IF you managed to show me where in the public domain any document that refers to uranium tailings dumps etc THEN i would apologise. THEREFORE as far as i am concerned i do not have to apologise, as your explanation did not pass the test - you did not point out to me any publicly available information which refers to uranium tailings as was discussed. What do others think?
As i referred earlier, its up to the regulators to decide what, if anything, should be pursued in regard to this or any other situation. Whether there is prima facie evidence against anyone is not my domain to decide. I am just a simple observer, but i would be very happy to know that the regulators are doing their job and such an investigation occurs based on merit!
I'm surprised you made comment about your share trading in NMR over the past 3 months in your last post, since only one posting earlier you made comment that you don't discuss your trading history in public. I quote you: "...As for buying at these levels, unlike a lot of people on HC, I prefer to keep my trades to myself. One thing is very certain, I am not a seller." I am not sure why you have decided to back-track on this.
For you to make any reference to "credentials" is absurd, since I have no knowledge of you and who you are so how can I even comment about your credentials, and in fact i did not refer to your credentials. What i did was to make a very simple observation that its amazing how accurate you were with your posting regarding a likely business initiative of NMR which in fact has only just been announced today 9th january.
Once again i am grateful to you for replying to my earlier post, but as you say : "... i still don't get it...".
