REU could be interesting.
They only have a handful of properties and they are high quality.
They only need to sell a couple and they have their National current loan and CRE warehouse facility arrangement covered.
Commercial real estate in some of their key cities positive e.g. record low vacancies in Frankfurt
They would end up being a company that was ~60% CRE loans 40% property. Doubt there will be any buyers for the loan book except at fire sale prices
