    From the notes from the EGM and the attached HCC Valuation point 4.5.3 and notes...assuming that the $2M debt reduction wipes out the lease commitments picked up in the acquisition of the Transact Group on 378 ATM's it looks like it will save approx $117,504(ex GST) per month.. ($1.4M pa)in financing costs....
