"The company has received a request from a shareholder holding more than
5% of the company’s issued capital to convene a general meeting of the
company to consider several resolutions.
The company will convene the meeting at the earliest opportunity, the date of
the meeting will be announced to the market within the prescribed period as
per the listing rules.
