The grant of 29,000,000 Placement Options to persons who participated in the February Share Placement on the basis of one Placement Option for every Share allotted, with each Placement Option to be granted at no cost and exercisable at 20 cents each on or before 30 June 2009;

• the grant of 3,000,000 Officer Options to Lewis Cross and 600,000 Officer Options to Ranko Matic (or to their respective nominees), such 3,600,000 Options to be granted at no cost and exercisable at 20 cents each on or before the date which is 2
years from the date of grant.
