I think you could be right, and coupled with tax loss write off time I fail to see what announcement would get this stock to lift,after all the "Hype" in the last months have not had any upward consistent effect and very little encouragement from the people in power make you wonder what the 'hell" is going on.
There have been phone calls to the MD indicating good news is coming on a number of calls and nothing happens, plus the buyers are sitting in the .20 to .225 and lower range and still no reaction from the MD & company I like everybody else is feeling the frustration of watching the stock go nowhere.
