Its a shame dumb and dumber are having a holiday whilst the SP is finally moving. I have also been in a long time and management needs to do something now that it has never done before, follow through with actions and appropriate announcements or else this will be another short term rise and if it goes back down to 13-14 again it may never recover next time!!
