Have to disagree with you, Dukedog. This is an outstanding announcement on its own. My great fear was that an opportunistic under-priced takeover/scheme of arrangement WOULD happen meaning long-standing loyal shareholders would never get the opportunity to truly benefit from the growth that's about to unfold. Now we will. It takes courage and vision and self-belief to turn down something like this. Alan has shown great loyalty to all shareholders by acting in our best interests, not to mention courage on his and the team's behalf in believing that they can fully optimise the company's prospects.
It also speaks volumes about their confidence in the status of current negotiations.
