Don't get me wrong. I am very happy UNI are backing themselves rather than the alternative...which would have amounted to a sellout at an undervalued price. This way, we are going to get the returns we all want. The destiny of the company remains in the hands of Alan Shortall and us as shareolders. This is the way it should be. This one simply just seems to have caught the market by suprise. There is enough in this announcement to make me pretty confident. Pharma deal. Continued expansion into Europe and US. NASDAQ. Gerresheimer JV. Re NASDAQ, it can be done very quickly. Around 3 months. So don't write off a US listing this year. Like I said, UNI are clearing the decks before it begins "a new chapter in its evolution into a global leader".
