I agree with what you have said..... and I think the fact that they told the coy trying to aquire them to shove it speaks volumes. I mean a lot fo companies would love to be taken over and take the money and run. What it tells me is that they think they can do much better than the ofer they got. This is great in my eyes not a negaticve
