I'd agree with that Swatchy, but I'd still like to know why Avanti didn't close the deal. The outline of the EMR/P&J deal certainly looks very good, but it would take time to become self funding. EMR also have other cash calls coming so I would prefer to see a funding arrangement come through reasonably soon. Certainly better terms would be great, but the proposed Avanti terms were quite favourable anyway.
I also like the comfort of the funder's due diligence backing our views as currently the only assessment we have is EMR's.
