Will an announcement of funding improve the SP? We're always waiting for the next news announcement to get things going, but even 5 wells flowing did nothing. 7 wells flowing - who knows. Myrtle Crum #4 test results, nothing until it flows and then what?
So if funds are not obtained then the SP might do nothing.
Lets hope they get funding at greatly improved terms, and the Appalachians are fast tracked.
BUT Greenbush is drilling fast, faster than Myrtle Crum.
IMO oil will show in the Bakken.
