The comment was made that I probably didn't hold and was downramping as I wanted to short it, or something. I've never shorted it, but should have. I was mearly saying I held as disclosure.
Secondly, the company does not choose what is price sensitive. The ASX does. The company felt it was worth raising the issue to the ASX in an announcement in mid Dec (I think) which was classed price sensitive. I am a little surprised you do not feel this is an issue at all, or require updates as they are available. But that's just you, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
If Chris and Tibbs raise this issue as an overhang, then it must be!
