Don't agree about the sell off. Last year it was easy to work out that Delong was not going to pay because they had not put it to a vote from Delong's share holders. They couldn't part with the cash if they hadn't share holder approval even if Best Decade owned more than 50%.
This time it is different. How do you track MCC? Can go either way.
