read today's west. it says that the $240 million has been transferred to a trust account in Australia and the MCC lawyers will settle with Cape today.
the article also says that today is the last day for settlement.
and there is also a takeover for International Goldfields.
so everyone just chill. we will have the cash very shortly. :-)
