They cant wait until the last minute to raise more capital. They need it in the next few months.
Lets see what price they set it at. HTW did it 50c when the SP was around the 40c mark.
VCR will probably do it at 20c nowing there past history. You would think with favorable results in all trials and the pending completion of the BTT trial they would be in a great position. Yet we are languising at multi-year lows. Go figure !
