once again, an announcement from SRK where some people in the market know a whole lot more than others prior to it coming out, as evidenced by the stock dropping significantly prior to details of delays from the russians, and more agitation regarding the d&c case.
how long has this information been available to some market participants and not others? Id hazzard a guess and say longer than 2 hours. but that is just me speculating.
this stock, the management and the levels of disclosure in this company are an absolute joke!
the only way this company is going to get any credibility going forward is if they bolster the board with reputable independent directors and boot the management.
these guys have stuffed the company and alienated the investment community.
