An interesting comment in the announcement which could mean a variety of things;
"Whilst each party has clearly stated its legal position against the other, both parties
continue to investigate the possibility of a commercial settlement of the dispute"
I still cant understand why the Russian doesnt take it all over. Perfect market conditions to do it.
