With the new JRV process, will it not throw the tri-partite pre-nup off-balance? Or will this new JRV process be used for the other leases? I would have preferred that the announcement would either a) have been more clear or b) just for the assays and no mention of the processes...
But anyways glad to see that this can get off-screen buyers buy out multiple lines in a few trades...if this goes as planned the run up will be pretty interesting...
