1. When the price down, they desperately shoot everything to find excuses to burn the money on the fire
2. When the any good sign out, they cry to stop since they want to get the company in a better course.

Water and environmen protection are purly technical issues. If JRV has a feasible strategy with China Railway for win-win situation, the over-analysis on the implementation details would mislead everyone.

I could not figure out the reasons why the water would be contaminated and the environment would be damaged. Do you mean Australia Government is a organizaion just for tax? Business needs to be regulated by the standard. No good businessmen will delibrately to break the legal requirement to them. Thy work for profit not for troubles.
