I believe it may still relate to the ann after close. I like that ann though, increasing shares held :)
Relate that ann with the numer of options held by Gus and the conversion prices (6c, 10c and 15c) to the number of shares he has bought at market. This man has a lot of confidence in PEN.
If/when he begins converting, times will be very exciting indeed.
