    In 2005 AOS directors Cross and Bosniac bought the tetraflex lens for $US4m. Now that its close to market they've given it away for $US1m cash and $US1m in shares in a small private company that will not get a dividend or will end up worthless.

    Another AOS failure, but the same directors keep on telling us that they think they can find a "new business" for AOS. After four years of continuous failure the same people that have driven AOS to destruction are somehow magically going to turn things around. Big chance.

    The next asset they sell for half what they paid will be the land subdivision that nobody wants.
    Dump, dump, dump.
