re: what's so great about it?
I don't disagree with its upside potential Rip, just the notion that it can be labelled a great company based think on an announcement which was largely immaterial to what the market already knew.
I get very cynical at the number of times a company's share price dies off only to be soon followed by announcement which could have easily waited until the quarterly report due next month. I ask you, was the information disclosed in this report really that important that the market just had to know about it?
It's another blatant example of share price massaging by directors who spend more time keeping watch of the share price rather than running the company.
Having said that, I think it is a great trading opportunity.........just like so many other gold specs are going to be in coming weeks.
