CLARIFICATION
Dear Sir,
In response to an informal query from ASX (Adelaide), the Company wishes to advise the market as
follows:
1. The announcement dated 8 December 2008 is an accurate reflection of the position of the
Company at that time. Nothing has changed to the position of the Company since that date.
2. On 17 December 2008 two Directors, viz Mr. Richard Campbell and Ms. Melanie Leydin
requested:
i. A Directors meeting at 11 am on the 22nd December 2008
ii. A meeting of members of the Company to consider the following resolutions:
- That Duncan Campbell Pursell be removed as a Director of the Company.
- That Malcolm Lindsay Jansen be removed as a Director of the Company.
- That Peter James Nightingale be appointed as a Director of the Company
(consent supplied).
- That Norman Alfred Seckold be appointed as a Director of the Company
(consent supplied).
The Company’s legal advice is that the requisition was deficient and a date for a proposed E.G.M. is
unknown at the present time.
A Directors meeting was duly convened at the suggested time on 22 December, 2008 but Mr. Campbell
and Ms. Leydin failed to attend. No explanation has been forthcoming from either of these Directors or
their legal representatives. The various agenda matters announced for the meeting were duly passed as
required.

3. A Court Injunction from the Federal Court of Australia has been granted restraining the Company
from putting into effect various resolutions at Board Meetings dated 12 December 2008 and 22
December 2008. We are advised that release of details of these resolutions might be viewed as
contempt of the aforesaid Court Injunction.
