It is interesting to know

1. "Ms Leydin has resigned as a Director" and
2. Collerson has been selected as a Director.
3. Collerson will also direct and generally supervise the Company’s entry into the field of exploration for diamonds within Australia and possibly in Brazil.

What would happen to JRV? Something has to change after the legal suite raised. Without matter who would win the control, JRV has to form a management team for one direction.

The global economy may get out its trouble in the second half of next year and resource sector should become hotter. JRV needs to be survival and then its assets would bring the changes if necessary.

So to make JRV stabilized internally, it might not a bad news for JRV shareholders. In a crisis or storm, it is never wise to change the driver. So I would like to see this dissident director resigned and others could put the differences aside. JRV could not sustain heavy operations on itself.
