There is something unusual about a nearly 12 month delay in getting a lease renewal. I doubt that is the normal delay? I know it's Namibia and I'm confident it will come, but not even being able to pick up a shovel is killing my options.
There is still time but it's the information vacuum that is the problem - no-one seems to know when work will be able to commence!

I can't see that the legal issues will have much impact - I'm just focussed on getting things moving - I certainly didn't expect that tools would be downed for this long!
