As I understand it last Friday's hearing was for Parties to present their cases to the Court.

We have not been advised that a settlement was reached before the Hearing ...

MLS believes it has an unassailable case & that of the Claimant to be frivolous. If this were clearly the case, the Judge would dismiss the Claimant "on the spot", & we should have the good news by now.

But MLS also says the Claimant's case is detailed & the Judge may progess the dispute to a later date for a hearing.

But, presumably this ruling on a future 'hearing or no hearing' was made last Friday & MLS Directors were so informed.

& I guess a 3rd possibility is that the Judge has decided not to dismiss the Claimant or to look to a future date for a hearing, but continue on with the case immediately.

Whatever, stakeholders would like to, & deserve to, know!
