there has been no annoucement of any of the hearing progressions,
all that has been, has been passed from this thread, through conversation with the coy,
and i would say, then, that all those who read this thread, todays updates, etc, have made their mind up one way or the other to hold or not.
but perhaps moreso, a realisation, also, only commented through this thread, that the renewals are more likely to be sorted promply following the resolution of the tenament dispute.
The wider comunity is still just aware that there is a hearing taking place in the near term, and the run up?
Interesting,,,, traders will treat it how they want, but you also cant discount insider trading from those who understand the strength/ weakness of the plaintiffs case,
But, i would be suprised to see some profit taking, as there is always some who simply buy before the schedule of news, and sell into the news, or just before it.
