Sometimes I may be too loyal for my own good - anyway my options are not marketable at the moment!

I've never believed all I read on HC - enjoy opinions though. The difficulty is working out which are fact. I suspect few of them are as that is where we rely on being kept informed by the company. However the critical issue for me now wrt my options is whether or not the company decision not to drill was discretionary?

I have believed they have had no choice - my neighbour who holds EXT says I'm dreaming - there is a mix of views on HC and I'm not convinced the co. has made this clear enough to be sure. Similarly, does the legal matter impact on this decision.

Thirdly, why is the lease renewal taking so long - I can't believe this was expected.

I don't think I've ever held options before for over 2 years, in a company sitting on hot ground that has been idle for the last 18 months prior to expiry - I certainly didn't expect that and the EXT party is only making things worse.

Interested in your opinions but can anybody answer those queries for me?
