Peter, you are not the only one that has lost money with OZL, I have immediate family that have lost in the $100's k but were not happy this was going to China for the very reason Swan has rejected along with the fact that Min would also have a controlling imterest in TOE and its uranium projects. I know many people along with myself who have lobbied Swan and the Govt to prevent this deal and Rio deal going through. All is not over yet, there could yet be another suitable buyer in the wings. At some point the Govt had to draw a line in the sand with the sale of Australian assets to overseas buyers and in particular to governments such as China.
