So what are they actually buying then for at least 1.2 billion dollars? (paying out the whole debt)
We keep PH, Martabe and our portfolio of assets including 20% of TORO.
Sounds excellent if you ask me. Maybe we can survive this yet.
What's in it for MM. What are they really after. Paying a bit much for a vessel to make other acquisitions. Plenty of shell companies already out there.
