bomber - MM will have provided OZ a list of valuations per asset to come up with the initial offer - the prices wont have changed that much - they have agreed on these valuations previously and if anything metals prices have increased in value - i dont think the net sum has changed much - just the deck chairs moved around to make the deal work - i still believe the valuation of 3.8 bill is the number they will be working on - if this is the case SP is north of 80c
