Still got to get more detail. The way this saga has been going it still has a few twists. Proposal is still incomplete.

MM had to pay out debt (or at least part of it) because doesn't CS have the old ZFX assets as security.

I guess this will mean no money to shareholders but I assume OZL will continue with PH and Martabe (plus minors). What wil the SP be of new OZL be?
Will AM go and OH come back?
Didn't a top exec recently leave BHP's Olympic Dam?
Will they still sell Martabe or keep it to develop?

Like I said lots of twists yet. And lets not forget banks have to agree (but they should).

Smart move to split off Toro as that could have been another source of objection.
