the chinese seem to have got the all the other projects - gg, sepon etc for $1.1bn

ie is if the sale of assets covers debt

so in the end the chinese got $4bn worth of assets for $1bn

that $1bn will go to oz minerals and they will use it to pay down debt.

it is a pretty good deal for the chinese in the end $4 worth of assets for $1
