Kiwi In regards to the IRR it will go into the data room, bids will be based on this IRR and maybe some allowance for further upgrades. Please note future upgrades ( If any) will not be required to finalise transaction.
The recent option trading reflects the employees are getting their house together and in a few weeks 4-8 it will be all over. Note option strike price is the high of the last weeks weighted average price.
I think Jamie67 calculations are a fair assessment as to possible T/O price. Maybe a fraction low
In regards to the options I believe I was wrong in regards to tax being a reason for cancelling options.
It appears to me that it is simply a matter of rewarding key employees for staying the distance.
