Xstrata are one of the most aggressive co's around, only reason they screwed this one up is because their copper boss announced Tampakan was their number 1 development target before they took out Indophil.
I really don't know why they let this one drift, even with their financing issues this would have been small bananas and would have got a fair takeup at 60c when the shareprice was 25c.
The XPFS has changed all that now.
