i'm not sure what people were expecting from the ann. this was just to confirm what was already known and some tinkering with the figures.
this ann is what companies like stanhill have been waiting on before they can start sourcing money for any t/o bid.
just another step in the process.
was hoping for more interest from punters but the t/o area is where the money is to be made. this could take time
